Is Jimmie Johnson getting good at these burnouts or what?! Yesterday's win at Texas Motor Speedway makes it three wins in a row for #48 Jimmie Johnson. He has moved to the top of the points in the Chase for the Nextel Championship.
Yesterday's race was full of wrecks and cautions. Most of the talk centered around Jimmie Johnson and Jeff Gordon and their standings in the points race. The last fifteen laps or so made for a very exciting end to the race in Texas.
Jimmie Johnson and Matt Kenseth battled it out in a fight to the finish. They both put forth an incredible effort but Johnson came out the victor. I am a true Jimmie Johnson fan so I am ecstatic!
