Mediation is one of the fastest growing alternatives to settling disputes out of court. Mediation is less expensive and less tolling on your emotions. If you are having a dispute you may want to try to go to mediation first. For certain types of disputes, some courts make parties go to mediation first before stepping into the courtroom.

Why not to max your credit cards out
Once you go over 30% use of the available credit that is available to you on your credit card, your credit score starts to be impacted. When you go over 50% you really start to see your score drop. You best bet to keep your fico socre up is to use your debit card or just pay cash. Don't buy what you cannot afford. It just is not worth it.
Is your fico score good?
